With respect to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have been focused on the health and safety of our customers, employees and community. With this focus paramount, we’d like to ensure that you are aware of the precautionary measures we are taking at Sean Sargent Toyota.
To help you with necessary dealer services to include essential repairs to return off road units to usable condition, conduct necessary recalls, and service vehicles for people who need to rely upon their automobile for basic transport (e.g. front-line workers, the elderly, rural residents, etc.). We strive through safe practices (social distancing, proper hand washing, and deep cleaning) to remain available to you.
We’ve increased our cleaning and disinfecting in and around the store. Public areas are cleaned multiple times daily. Our staff routinely wipe down their work stations and offices. Although hand washing is the best way to stop to spread, we have placed multiple stations of hand sanitizes around the dealership.

Sales: 9.00 am – 8.00 pm Monday – Friday
9.00 am – 5.00 pm Saturday
12.00 pm – 4.00 pm Sunday
Service: 7.30 am – 5.30 pm Monday – Friday 9.00 am – 5.00 pm Saturday
Parts: 8.00 am – 5.30 pm Monday – Friday 9.00 am – 5.00 pm Saturday
We’re working with our Employees to get through these trying times. Many of our employees have been affected by closures to both schools and day cares. Many employees have been working from home to care for their families and to also reduce the risk of exposures. Our employees have been asked to self-isolate if they have shown symptoms, or if they’ve traveled outside of Canada.
Our Service Department:
Customer’s vehicles are equipped with steering wheel and seat cover during service and will be sanitized after servicing. Gloves are also being worn for added protection to everyone.
Vehicle Pick-up and Drop-off:
To help make things easier we’ve introduced a new VIP Service. Contact us and we will make arrangements to have your vehicle picked up and dropped off for all your servicing. Our sales staff can also bring a vehicle to your home or office that you are interested in test driving.
