Our New Service Procedures
At Sean Sargent Toyota,
We are here and online to help you with necessary dealer services to include essential repairs to return off road units to usable condition, conduct necessary recalls, and service vehicles for people who need to rely upon their automobile for basic transport (e.g. front-line workers, the elderly, rural residents, etc.). We strive through safe practices (social distancing, proper hand washing, and deep cleaning) to remain available to you.
We want to assure you that our team is continuing to follow the recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO) and our local, provincial and national authorities.
We would like to provide you with the following update about the precautions our team is taking within our Service Department.
NEW Service Drop-off Process at the dealership:
Bing your vehicle through our service drive-thru doors. A service advisor will greet you, while remaining at a proper distance. Your keys will be disinfected and immediately placed into a baggie. We will then disinfect your vehicle’s high touch areas (shifter, door handles and steering wheel etc.). A plastic seat cover and steering wheel cover will be installed, along with paper mats. When servicing is completed, we will remove the covers and mats and disinfect your vehicle.
NEW Contactless Appointments:
Call us at 780-532-3333 to make arrangements. We have a drop box where you can fill out an envelope with your contact information. Place your keys into the envelope and slide them through the slot. A service advisor will retrieve your keys. Your keys will be disinfected and immediately placed into a baggie. We will then disinfect your vehicles high touch areas (shifter, door handles and steering wheel). A plastic seat cover and steering wheel cover will be installed, along with paper mats.
We can take payments over the phone and email you all receipts and paperwork.
If you are needing an oil change, our Express Lube is available. You may stay in your vehicle the entire time with the windows rolled up. Or contact us and we can make other arrangements with you.
We will also be happy to come pick your vehicle up from your home, work or office and return it to you. Your vehicle will be treated with the process listed above. We will disinfect your vehicle upon return to you. Our staff will maintain proper Social Distancing Practices.
Our service shuttle is available to you. It is disinfected after every customer. Seats have been adjusted to allow you to sit separately from the driver. Gloves and disinfectant wipes are available for you in the van for your convenience. Currently we are only shuttling one customer household at time.
We continue to deep clean the building and all staff clean their work areas multiple times daily. Our debit machine is cleaned after each use.
